Refund Policy

We want every credit you spend to deliver the result you expect. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Failed generations — automatic
If a generation fails for any reason on our side (model error, timeout, infrastructure failure), the full credit cost is automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to contact us.
2. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits are spent. Unspent packs purchased within the last 14 days may be refunded in full — email billing@vgcinema.ai with your order ID.
3. Subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription anytime from your billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — no proration refund is issued for partial periods.
- Credits granted by a subscription remain in your balance after cancellation and never expire while your account is active.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days and we will review.
4. Duplicate or fraudulent charges
Contact billing@vgcinema.ai within 30 days and we will refund any duplicate or unauthorized charge after verification.
5. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, where applicable).
6. How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. We may also issue refunds as credit back to your account balance at your request.
