AI-Generated Content Policy

This policy explains how content produced through VGCINEMA is identified as AI-generated, what we do to support trust and provenance, and what we expect from you when you publish it.

1. All output is AI-generated

Every video produced by the Service is synthesized by AI models. Visuals — including human-like faces, voices, environments, and events — are computer-generated and do not depict real occurrences unless explicitly built from media you provided and have the right to use.

2. Provenance and watermarking

• Exported videos embed C2PA-compatible content credentials identifying VGCINEMA as the generation source and capturing the time of generation.
• We may apply an invisible perceptual watermark to support downstream detection.
• Removing or tampering with provenance metadata is a violation of our Terms of Use.

3. Required disclosure

Where required by law or platform policy (for example, certain political ads, news contexts, or social platforms that mandate AI disclosure), you are responsible for clearly labelling content as AI-generated. We strongly recommend visible "AI-generated" labelling in any context where a viewer could reasonably mistake the content for an authentic recording.

4. Likeness of real people

You may only generate the likeness, voice, or recognizable identity of a real person if you have their documented, verifiable consent — or the person is deceased and the depiction is clearly artistic, non-defamatory, and not a deceptive deepfake. Public figures are not a free pass.

5. Deceptive deepfakes are prohibited

Generating realistic depictions of real events that did not occur — political speeches, crimes, intimate scenarios, statements attributed to real people — is prohibited regardless of intent. See our Safety Policy.

6. Training data and bias

Underlying models are trained on broad datasets and can reflect biases in those datasets. We make ongoing investments in fairness testing but cannot guarantee bias-free output. Report concerning patterns to safety@vgcinema.ai.

7. Children

Generation of photorealistic depictions of identifiable minors is restricted and subject to additional review. Sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited and reported.

8. Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify VGCINEMA against claims arising from your publication of generated content without required disclosure or in violation of this policy.
